It is rare for me as a female to walk into a car repair place and not feel like I just got taken advantage of. But these guys were great! They answered all of my questions, explained things in detail, told me what to expect from the repair, and were genuinely great to deal with. And then to top it off they were by FAR the cheapest in the area, and I called 5 other places to get estimates. I will definitely be taking my car to them for any repairs needed in the future.

The main guy is so nice and helpful. He didn't push me at all to fix all the stuff my car needs fixed but instead respectfully pointed out some of the more serious problems. He's also a Christian, which may be cool for some people.

The owner of this shop has been my long time mechanic. He is caring and dedicated to fixing your car right and at the lowest price possible. I couldn't even start to tell you how many repairs he has done for me and the many different cars of my family. The most memorable repair was when he swapped out an engine in my 94 Camaro. He did this at half of what other shops would charge and the car runs better then new! Give this shop a chance and you won't go elsewhere.

Honest mechanics? Didn't think they existed but you will find them here. Integrity is common with this team.First of which I usually don't do this but I feel this shop truely deserves it. This shop saved me thousands right before Christmas. I had my 350z checked out at another shop and was told I needed new rotars, when I came to thier shop, they took care of me and explained that I didn't- breaks were all I needed. Awesome people who gave me parts at cost right before Christmas which meant I could afford gifts for the family. I would definately rec this shop and would warn against any other in the area. They have def won my future buisness and I won't trust another shop with my vehicles.

Keith P at Family Auto Repair Plus initially replaced the engine in my Jeep back in December. I was so gun shy at every little noise that I ended up bringing it back to the shop three times. Even though it turned out every time that nothing was wrong with it, they never got irritated with me. I have never had such a positive experience at an auto mechanics shop before. I have since refereed friends to them, all of whom were very satisfied with the services provided, and I intend to go back to them soon for a full transmission and clutch replacement. Also, this shop has the BEST prices you will find anywhere. I never write reviews, but this shop deserves it's praise.
